Twelve Defibs of Christmas – Tictoc

The countdown is on to find homes for 12 defibrillators before Christmas. Tictoc came up with this inspirational idea to ensure Carlisle is better equipped to deal with cardiac threats, especially as so many of these episodes occur outside the home.
