iCan helps people transform their lives. Based around tailored health and fitness, we help our members re-evaluate lifestyles, build confidence, physical and mental well-being skills and engage with and eventually mentor others; We provide a special, safe, fun, developmental facility that is ‘their place’, to break down barriers from “I can’t” to “I can”.
With over 40 years’ experience our coaches guide individuals into a regular exercise regime and healthy lifestyle. Members are encouraged to workout 3 x a week and engage in our community environment; Making friends, getting involved in fundraising and supporting their peers through our mentor programme. Our purpose is to provide structure into people’s lives who need to find a purpose and a special safe, fun workout facility that is much more than just a gym.
